Head of School Dr. Elena Marquez presented the final draft of the 2024-2029 Strategic Plan to the Board of Trustees this month. The plan sits on three pillars:
- Academic depth , adding a Capstone program in Upper School, expanding Signature Programs, doubling summer institutes.
- Community & belonging , growing the advisory model K-12, formalizing parent partnership structures.
- Affordability , expanding financial aid to reach 45% of families by 2029; capping annual tuition increases at CPI + 1%.
